At Cypress Lodge, every room is thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences to enhance your experience, including:

• Private en suite bathroom featuring a smart toilet (with bidet functions, heated seats, and self-cleaning for superior hygiene and comfort), 
• Lighted bathroom mirror
• Hairdryer: A hairdryer is provided in every bathroom for your convenience—simply check under the sink in your private en suite
• Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, 
• Beach Towels  Two large beach towels are provided in each room’s closet for your enjoyment—perfect for lounging by the water or exploring nearby spots. If used, simply place them outside your door, and our housekeeping team will pick them up, launder, and replace them promptly for a fresh set.
• Refrigerator stocked with complimentary sodas and light snacks,  
• Coffee Maker with fresh supplies,
• Versatile Water Dispenser providing hot, room temperature, or cold options. 
• TV in Select rooms, such as the Okeechobee Suite (with TVs in both the bedroom and sitting room) and Grandma Tiger’s Room, also include flat-screen televisions for relaxed entertainment. 
• Wifi: Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the lodge. Please use it responsibly—no illegal downloads or streaming that impacts others. Network details are in your welcome packet

• EV Charging: While we don’t yet have dedicated electric vehicle charging stations on property, we’re excited to announce they’re coming soon to enhance your green travels! In the meantime, guests can use our standard 120V outdoor outlets for Level 1 charging (slow, about 2-5 miles of range per hour—bring your own cord). Please let us know in advance if you’ll need access, and we’ll recommend nearby public stations for faster options. We’re committed to sustainable stays amid our beautiful natural surroundings! 
• Housekeeping Services: At Cypress Lodge, we prioritize your privacy and a sustainable stay with no automatic daily housekeeping. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh linens, towels, and amenities provided. During your stay, sheets are not changed unless requested for longer visits (fees may apply). For extra towels, trash removal, or restocks (like toiletries or snacks), simply text us—we’ll handle it promptly without entering your room if preferred. To exchange dirty towels, place them in the provided laundry bag (located in the closet) and drop off at our central collection point in the kitchen. We’ll deliver fresh ones right away! Full deep cleaning occurs after checkout to ensure the next guests enjoy the same spotless experience. Thank you for helping us keep things green and serene—if you need anything, we’re just a message away.
• Room Access & Keys: For your security and convenience, each room at Cypress Lodge comes with its own dedicated key. Please treat it like your home key—if lost or not returned at checkout, a $150 replacement fee applies to cover rekeying and ensure ongoing safety. We prioritize your privacy and do not enter rooms without cause; however, staff may access in emergencies (e.g., fire, medical issues), for essential maintenance, or at your request. We’ll always notify you in advance when possible. If you need a spare key or have any concerns, just let us know—we’re here to make your stay seamless!
